ESD pen-type cotton swab cleaner for use in clean rooms. Regular cotton swabs are made of a paper shaft and cotton head, so they are not used in clean rooms. This ESD pen-type sponge cleaner is particularly suitable for tasks that involve soaking the pen tip with chemicals. The shaft (handle) of the pen-type cleaner is made of anti-static PP resin, and the pen tip is made of porous PE foam. The tip cleaner part strongly adsorbs dirt at the 10-15μm level due to its porous structure. Additionally, it has moderate cushioning and, due to its porosity, has excellent absorbency, making it suitable for wiping with solvents. This pen-type cleaner can be used in all processes within a clean room. For the removal of very fine dust, please use clean micro cotton swabs.
